Welcome to the Abraham Guest Academy

Abraham Guest Academy is an exciting educational development that will build on the recent improvements seen at the predecessor school, Abraham Guest High School and through the National Challenge Trust, help to accelerate the progress towards becoming an outstanding school.

Last week: On Tuesday 10th January, the Academy opened its doors to its students. The staff were met with smiles from very smart and well presented learners. On the first day of the Academy, the Principal, Mr Bousfield, gave all learners an inspirational assembly, focusing on Academy standards and outstanding achievement

Alert, Year 7 Parents!
We are running a Helping your child with Key Stage 3 Maths Course starting Thursday 26th January for 6 weeks from 6.30 to 8.30 at the Academy. 

The course is aimed at Year 7 children and their parents.  It is an opportunity to look at the topics covered in Year 7 Maths and learn together.  There is no formal assessment, your progress will be assessed by the tutor during and at the end of the course. 

After the six week course, if parents are interested in learning more they could enrol to take part 2 of the course and work towards a Level 1/Level 2 numeracy qualification.  The Level 2 qualification is equivalent to GCSE Maths Grade C.
